Your profile photo shows everywhere your user appears in Nuvia: funnels, conversations, sidebar and user list. That way the team can quickly see who is handling each conversation.
Available on: My Profile.
Who can do it: each user, on their own account.
How to change your photo

Click your avatar and open My Profile

Under Basic information, click to upload a photo

Choose a PNG, JPEG or GIF file up to 5 MB

Confirm: the photo applies across the whole platform
In the same card, you can also edit your name.
