Every customer's data
in one place
People, companies and conversations with the properties your process needs,
ready for your AI agents, your campaigns and your team.
People, companies and conversations in the same base
Marketing's spreadsheet, the rep's phone, the support history: when the customer is scattered, the agent replies without context. In Nuvia, people, companies, conversations and deals are linked to each other, each with its own table and properties, and the whole platform reads the same data.
Nuvia's object model: People in the center, linked to Companies, Conversations and Deals, each object with its own properties.
- Phone
- Job title
- Domain
- Industry
- Annual revenue
- Status
- Temperature
- Lead score
- Amount
- Pipeline stage
- Close date
The properties your process needs
Create properties on people, companies and conversations in a few clicks, each in the right format. The value lives on the record and shows up everywhere: tables, lists, dashboards and the conversation.
- Text, number, date, date and time, currency, URL, phone, location and user
- Select and multi-select with colored options, ready to filter and bulk edit
- Relationships between records: the company with its people, the person with their conversations
- Every property becomes a variable for templates and for the agent
Bring the base you already have
Upload a spreadsheet, pull lists from your CRM or send it through the API. Nuvia reads each column, suggests the right property and links each person to their company.
- Columns recognized automatically: phone, mobile, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, country code
- People linked to companies by domain, name or tax ID (CNPJ)
- Records already in the base are matched by phone, email or LinkedIn, and you choose to update or keep each field
- Import lists from HubSpot and other CRMs, and export to CSV whenever you need
Synced with your CRM, in the direction you choose
No need to switch CRMs. Connect HubSpot, RD Station or Salesforce and decide, property by property, which side the data comes from. Contacts, deals, owners and conversation transcripts follow the rules you set.
- Both waysChanged in Nuvia or in the CRM, the other side updates within seconds.
- From Nuvia to the CRMWhat the agent learns in the conversation, like temperature and stage, reaches the CRM.
- From the CRM to NuviaOwner, revenue and CRM data reach the agent so it replies with context.
The context your agent, campaigns and team use
Everything your operation does with the base happens inside Nuvia, with no side spreadsheet.
The agent reads and fills the record
During the conversation, the Smart Funnel checks the contact's properties and fills in what it learns, like temperature, interest and stage.
Lists to act on
Group people or companies into lists and use each one as a campaign audience.
Filters and saved views
Filter by any property and save the view for your team to open in one click.
Bulk editing
Select hundreds of records to change a property, add them to a list or export them.
Every record's history
See who changed what: import, team, agent or CRM.
Properties become variables
Use any property in campaign messages and in the agent's instructions. Every customer gets a conversation with their own context.
A specialist maps your operation's objects and properties with you
Everything the screen does, the API does too
Create and update people, companies, conversations, properties and lists through the REST API, get events via webhooks and connect your AI through MCP. Nuvia's base talks to the rest of your stack.
- Endpoints for people, companies, conversations, properties and lists
- Webhooks when a contact is created, a property changes or the conversation moves forward
- API keys with scopes and docs in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- MCP server so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can read and update the base
Questions about Contacts
Do I need to switch CRMs to use Nuvia Contacts?
No. Connect HubSpot, RD Station or Salesforce and keep contacts and deals in sync. You choose, property by property, whether data flows both ways, only to the CRM or only to Nuvia.
What property types can I create?
Text, number, date, date and time, select, multi-select, currency, URL, phone, location, user and relationship. Properties work on people, companies and conversations, and the value lives on the record itself.
How do I bring in the base I already have?
Upload a CSV file and review the mapping Nuvia suggests for each column, import lists from your connected CRM or send records through the API. Records already in the base are matched by phone, email or LinkedIn, and you decide whether each field is updated or kept.
What's the difference between a property and a list column?
A property belongs to the record: it shows up in every table, list, dashboard and conversation. A list column only applies to that list, for notes on a specific action.
Do the AI agents use this data?
Yes. The Smart Funnel reads the contact's properties during the conversation and fills in what it learns, like temperature, interest and stage. Campaigns use the same properties as template variables.
Can I manage everything through the API?
Yes. The REST API creates and updates people, companies, conversations, properties and lists, webhooks notify you when something changes and MCP lets your AI read and update the base. Docs are at developers.nuvia.ai.
