Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How many users can I invite?

The user limit depends on your plan. Check your plan details or contact Nuvia support to find out your account's limit.

Can a user be part of more than one team?

Yes. The same user can be a member of multiple teams at the same time. Just add them to the teams you want on the Teams screen.

What's the difference between the Administrator and User profiles?

The Administrator profile has unrestricted access to all platform settings, including user, team, integration and channel management. The User profile has access controlled by specific permissions set by the administrator.

Can I change a user's profile after creating it?

Yes. Go to the Users list, click the user's name and edit their permissions and profile as needed. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens if I deactivate a user?

When you change the user's status to Inactive, they lose access to the platform immediately. Their conversations and data are kept, but they can't log in until they're reactivated.
