Build what your operation
needs on top of Nuvia
An open API to integrate your systems and build features, webhooks to listen to
every event and MCP to build straight from Claude or ChatGPT.
The platform adapts to your operation, not the other way around
Every operation has its own rules and systems. When a tool only integrates through what comes out of the box, your process has to fit the tool. With Nuvia, your team extends the platform.
On closed platforms
- Integrations limited to what is already in the catalog
- A partial API that can't do what the team does on screen
- Few events to notify your systems
- Data locked in, exported by hand to spreadsheets
- Every new rule becomes a request on the vendor's roadmap
With Nuvia
- A public API for agents, contacts, conversations, messages, campaigns and tables
- Webhooks that notify your systems of every message, conversation and contact
- The agent calls your system in the middle of the conversation
- MCP to run and build from Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent
- Scoped API keys, one for each integration
Three ways to build on Nuvia
Integrate through the API, listen through webhooks and let the agent call your system in the middle of the conversation. Each integration gets its own key with only the scopes it needs.
A complete public API
More than 100 routes for agents, contacts, conversations, messages, inboxes, campaigns, tables and knowledge base.
Real-time events
Webhooks notify your system when a message arrives, the funnel step changes or a contact is updated.
The agent calls your system
In the middle of the conversation, the Smart Funnel sends an HTTP request to your system and answers the customer with real data.
One key per integration
Each key gets only the scopes it needs, with optional expiry and instant revocation.
What your team builds on Nuvia
Integrations that get every lead answered right away and every piece of data where it needs to be, with no copy and paste.
- Your websiteThe lead converts on the contact form
- Nuvia APIThe contact is created in Nuvia and enrolled in a WhatsApp, email and call sequence
POST /v1/campaigns/{id}/enrollments/from-contact - Smart FunnelThe agent starts the conversation in seconds, qualifies and offers time slots
Listen to every event and respond through the API
Register your system's URL, pick the events and it knows right away: a message received or read, a conversation created, a funnel step changed, a contact updated. With the event in hand, your system responds through the API.
- Pick the events: messages, conversations, contacts, follow-ups and fields
- JSON payloads, with data in the same format as the API routes
- Custom headers on every delivery so your system can verify the source
- Pause and resume listening without redoing the setup
Your integration live the same day
Your team connects Nuvia to your CRM, ERP and everything else your operation uses in three steps.
- 1Connect securelyCreate a key in the dashboard with only the access the integration needs.
- 2Bring in your operationContacts, lists and campaigns come in through the API, straight from your CRM, ERP or spreadsheet.
POST /v1/contacts - 3React to every conversationYour system learns about every event right away and responds through the API, with no one in between.
POST /v1/webhooks
Rather build with AI? Use MCP
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent to Nuvia's MCP server, sign in and run the platform in plain language. Every action is logged in the audit trail.
Run Nuvia from your AI
Through MCP, Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent read and manage contacts, lists, conversations and campaigns, and ask for confirmation before activating.
Every AI action logged
The MCP Audit log shows what each assistant read or changed, who asked and when.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the documentation?
At developers.nuvia.ai, with the full API and webhooks reference, guides and integration examples, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The OpenAPI specification and the Postman collection are there too.
Which events can I receive by webhook?
Message received, sent, delivered, read and failed; conversation created, updated and step changed; contact created and updated; follow-up sent and field updated. You choose which ones to receive.
Can I send WhatsApp templates in bulk through the API?
Yes. The API sends text, image, audio, video and document messages, as well as Meta-approved templates in bulk, including outside the 24-hour window.
Can I enroll a contact in a campaign from my CRM?
Yes. When a new lead comes in or a deal changes stage in your CRM, it enrolls the contact in an active campaign through the API. Nuvia creates the contact if it doesn't exist yet and notifies your system through webhooks.
How does authentication work?
Each integration uses an API key created by an admin in Settings › API Keys and sent in the Authorization header. The key has only the scopes you choose, optional expiry and can be revoked at any time.
What is the difference between the API and MCP?
The API is for systems: your code calls Nuvia with a key. MCP is for AI assistants: Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent connect with your Nuvia login and run the platform in plain language.
