Metrics overview in the list

The campaigns tab shows several funnel metrics, as in the table:

MetricWhat it showsFormat
Contacted Total messages sent successfully Absolute number
Replied Total messages confirmed as delivered, with delivery rate Number + %
Conversions Total contacts who replied, with reply rate Number + %

Detailed metrics per campaign

At the top of the details screen, just below the line showing steps and contacts, you'll see Created on and Last updated, each with a date and time in the DD/MM/AAAA às HH:MM format. The ⓘ icon next to these dates shows “Brasília time” when you hover over it — useful when your team works in another time zone. If the campaign has neither date recorded, the block doesn't appear; if it has only one, only that one appears.

Right below, 5 fixed cards summarize the funnel: Enrolled, Contacted, Replied, Conversions, and Failures. Each card has an ⓘ icon with the metric's tooltip (what it counts and what base the percentage is calculated on) and, when more detail is available, a View details button that only appears when you hover over the card (or focus it with the keyboard); it opens a breakdown panel over the card itself, without pushing the rest of the screen.

  • Enrolled — in LinkedIn or multichannel campaigns, the details show the connection funnel: Already connected, Invitations sent, and Invitations accepted (the Connections summary that used to be a separate block now lives here).

  • Contacted — on WhatsApp, the details show Delivered and Viewed. On LinkedIn, they show the split between Notes (contacts who only accepted the invitation with the note, with no cadence message yet) and First message (already received the 1st cadence message). In multichannel, both groups appear together, each with its own header.

  • Replied, Conversions, and Failures — no extra breakdown, just the value and the percentage.

Viewing campaign metrics

In the Campaigns tab, you can view detailed metrics per contact.

At the bottom of the campaign screen, you'll find two tabs:

  • Steps

  • Contacts

Steps tab

When you click Steps, you see the data for each step of the campaign, such as:

  • Contacts waiting for action

  • Contacts already contacted

  • Contacts who replied

Contacts tab

In the Contacts tab, you can see all the contacts in the campaign, with information such as:

  • Contact name

  • Status

  • Job title

  • Company

  • Channel

  • Current step

You can also track:

  • Conversation start

  • Last activity

How each metric is calculated

All metrics are calculated by unique contact, not by individual message. This means a contact who received 3 steps counts as 1 in the campaign metrics.

Total leads (total_leads)

All unique contacts with processed executions in the campaign. Includes contacts with successful sends and contacts with failures.

Sent (total_sent)

Unique contacts that had at least 1 execution with a successful send status (SENT or CONNECTED). If a contact received 3 steps successfully, they count as 1.

Delivered (total_delivered)

Unique contacts that had at least 1 message confirmed as delivered (DELIVERED or READ status from the channel). Confirmation depends on the channel — on WhatsApp, delivery confirmation is provided by the API.

Delivery rate: (total_delivered / total_sent) × 100

Replied (total_replied)

Unique contacts whose conversation recorded activity from the contact after the campaign's first execution. Any message the contact sends back to the campaign channel counts as a reply — including automatic replies.

Reply rate: (total_replied / total_delivered) × 100

Converted (total_converted)

Unique contacts whose conversation reached a Success-type stage in the Smart Funnel linked to the campaign. A conversion is counted when the execution was sent successfully (SENT status) and the contact's conversation is in a stage whose type is “SUCCESS” in the funnel.

Conversion rate: (total_converted / total_replied) × 100

Filter campaigns by performance

In the Campaigns tab, you can use filters to quickly find specific campaigns.

Quick filters

You can filter campaigns by the following statuses:

  • Active

  • Completed

  • Draft

  • Paused

  • Archived

Custom filters

Besides the quick filters, you can add custom filters to refine the search further. You can create filters based on:

  • Status

  • Channel

  • Activation

  • Senders

  • Contacts

  • Send rate

  • Reply rate

  • Conversion rate

These filters let you segment campaigns by specific criteria, making it easier to analyze and track results.

Limits and rules

Rule Value
Metric deduplication All metrics count unique contacts, not individual messages
Campaign data delay Up to 1 hour of delay in the analytics dashboards
Campaigns without sends Don't appear in the Dashboards metric charts
Metrics for archived campaigns Preserved, but only visible with the Archived status filter
Maximum failures per contact 2 consecutive failures end the enrollment
Report export Not available in the current version; planned for a future version

Common errors and solutions

ProblemLikely causeSolution
Metrics show zero for an active campaign The campaign was activated recently and sends haven't been processed yet, or all contacts are ineligible Wait a few minutes for enrollments to be processed. Check the audience preview to confirm eligible contacts
Very low delivery rate Invalid phone numbers in the list, or problems with the connected inbox Check the quality of the numbers in the contact list. Confirm the WhatsApp inbox is working correctly in Platform > Integrations
Zero reply rate Poorly personalized template or unsuitable audience Review the template content; generic messages get lower reply rates. Consider segmenting the audience better
Contacts appear as “failed” with no clear reason Empty variable field at the time of sending, or a channel API error Expand the Failures indicator in the Steps tab to see the grouped cause, or open the contact's individual history to see the specific error code
Metrics in the list differ from the Dashboards Processing delay; campaign data in Dashboards can be up to 1 hour behind The metrics in the campaign list are more up to date. In Dashboards, allow up to 1 hour for syncing

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the reply rate include the contact's automatic replies?

Yes. Any message the contact sends back to the campaign channel is recorded as a reply, including automatic replies. The metrics don't distinguish between human and automatic replies.

Does a contact who replied more than once count several times?

No. The “contacts who replied” metric is deduplicated: it counts once per contact, no matter how many messages they sent back.

How do I know why a send failed?

There are two ways: in the Steps tab, expand the step's Failures indicator to see the grouped causes (with the friendly explanation and the error code); or open the contact's individual history to see the reason for each failed execution (empty variable field, invalid number, API error, invitation rejected on LinkedIn, among others). For a consolidated view of your whole operation, use the Failures tab in Dashboards.

Are metrics updated in real time?

In the campaign list, metrics are updated close to real time. In Dashboards (the Dashboards module), campaign data can be up to 1 hour behind.

Why does the conversion metric show zero?

The conversion metric depends on a Smart Funnel linked to the campaign that has at least one “Success” stage. If the campaign has no linked funnel or the funnel has no success stage set up, conversion stays at zero. Check the funnel setup in Smart Funnels and confirm there's a “Success” stage.

Can a reply rate above 100% appear?

No. All percentage rates shown in the KPI cards are capped at 100%. If the raw calculation exceeds that value (for example, due to a timing difference between counting replies and deliveries), the system shows 100%.

I see steps with zero sends in the per-step performance. Is that normal?

Yes. The per-step performance shows all active steps in the campaign, even those that haven't processed any contact yet (e.g., steps scheduled for the next few days or with no contacts that have reached that point in the sequence). They appear with zeroed counters.

Why is the conversion rate calculated over replied and not over sent?

Each rate is calculated relative to the previous stage in the funnel, creating a progressive view of efficiency. The conversion rate over replied shows how well the campaign converts leads who have already shown interest (replied). To see conversion over total sent, divide total_converted by total_sent manually.

How does the “delivered” metric work on WhatsApp?

Delivery confirmation on WhatsApp is provided by the API when the message reaches the recipient's device. Messages that weren't delivered (e.g., nonexistent number, phone turned off for a long time) aren't counted as delivered.

Are metrics for archived campaigns kept?

Yes. Archiving preserves all historical data and metrics. The campaign is hidden from the default list, but the data remains accessible with the Archived status filter and in the analytics Dashboards.

What's the difference between “sent” and “delivered”?

“Sent” means the message was successfully submitted to the channel's API. “Delivered” means the channel confirmed delivery to the recipient's device. The difference is usually due to invalid numbers, phones that are off, or temporary network issues on the recipient's side.

Why don't the LinkedIn profile visit or invitation appear in the message metrics?

Because profile visits and connection invitations aren't messages. They have their own status (including Invitation expired) in the Contacts tab and in the contact's history, but they aren't included in the step's contacted, replied, and failure counts, which only count message actions. Previously, a profile visit failure could appear as a failure in “contacted”; this has been fixed.

Why does the “Contacted” card show “Notes” and “First message” separately on LinkedIn?

Because accepting the invitation with a note and receiving the first cadence message are two different ways of “being contacted”. The detail separates those who only accepted the note (haven't received a message yet) from those who already received the 1st message; the sum of the two equals the Contacted card total. Campaigns without an invitation note set up don't show this breakdown.

What is the “Invitation with note” row in the per-step performance?

It's a fixed row that appears at the top of the Steps tab only when the LinkedIn campaign has an invitation note set up. It isolates how many contacts accepted the invitation with the note and how many replied to the note itself (before receiving any cadence message), so that reply isn't mixed with that of a message step.

Where did the “Connections” summary that used to be in the campaign details go?

It didn't disappear; it now lives inside the details of the Enrolled card (click “View details” on that card). It used to be a separate block; now it's part of the connection funnel along with the total enrolled.
