The Lists, People, Companies and Conversations tables work the same way, so what you learn in one applies to the others: column menu, bulk actions, pagination and row density.

Organize the columns
Click the menu in a column header to:

Pin the column, so it stays visible when you scroll sideways

Move the column to another position

Hide the column
When you scroll down, the header stays fixed at the top.
Bulk actions

Select the rows you want to change

In the toolbar, choose the action: add to list, edit, delete or export

Confirm the action
Pagination and density

Use Jump to page to go straight to a page in large lists

Choose the row density (more compact or more spaced out); Nuvia remembers your choice

In Companies, the company logo shows in the cell
