The Nuvia MCP server lets MCP-compatible AI apps (such as Claude, Cursor and your own agents) securely access your company's data, such as search, lists, records, contacts, conversations and campaigns, through OAuth authorization. This way you use Nuvia's intelligence right from the tool where you already work.

Available on: accounts with access to the Nuvia MCP.
Who can do it: User and Company Admin profiles only.
Module: setup in your MCP client + Nuvia authorization screen

What the Nuvia MCP is

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol that standardizes how AI apps access external data and tools. With the Nuvia MCP server, your AI client sees your company's data in Nuvia as tools it can query and update during a conversation.

Access is isolated per company (tenant-scoped): each connection only sees the data of the company of the user who authorized it.

How to connect

The connection starts in your MCP client and finishes on the Nuvia authorization screen.

  1. In your MCP client (for example, Claude or Cursor), add the Nuvia MCP server using the server URL: https://api.nuvia.ai/mcp

  2. The client opens the Authorize access to the Nuvia MCP screen

  3. Log in with your Nuvia account email and password

  4. Click Authorize

  5. The client gets access and starts listing the available tools automatically

What you can do

Once authorized, the MCP client can use tools equivalent to the actions you take in the platform, including:

  • Search: global prospecting, Brazil database (CNPJ) and filter value lookup

  • Lists and records: list and create lists, add columns, list/add/update records

  • Contacts: list, search by phone, create and update contacts (including in bulk) and notes

  • Conversations and campaigns: list conversations and messages, list and look up campaigns

  • Enrichment: enrich a list of contacts

  • Identity: confirm which user and company are connected

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Which apps can I connect?

Any app compatible with the MCP protocol that supports OAuth authorization, such as Claude, Cursor and your own agents. You connect using the Nuvia MCP server URL, inside the client itself.

Does the connected client see data from other companies?

No. Access is isolated per company. Each connection only sees the data of the company of the user who authorized it.

How do I track what was done via MCP?

Use the MCP Audit page in the side menu to see authentications, sessions and tool calls made by your company.

What happens to the MCP if my trial ends?

MCP access is blocked while the trial is expired — tool calls are refused, just like write actions in the platform. You don't need to reconnect the MCP client afterwards: the check happens at the time of use, based on the subscription status. As soon as Nuvia activates your account, access comes back on its own with the same connection you already had.
