The enrichment tabs on the saved record

The saved company record now has enrichment tabs similar to the ones in the Search panel:

  • Overview — a summary of the record. Only in the side panel

  • Details — Firmographics, Technographics and Funding

  • Digital — two sub-tabs: Traffic (website visits) and Webstack (technologies used on the website)

  • People — four sub-tabs: Contacts, Roles, Partners and Network

Two differences worth noting:

  • The side panel has the Overview tab; the expanded company page doesn't. The other tabs are the same on both screens

  • People isn't identical to the one in Search. In Search, the first sub-tab shows employees from the data provider (paid). Here it's Contacts — the contacts in your own base linked to that company, with no credit usage, and a shortcut to link contacts when there aren't any yet

The Roles, Partners and Network sub-tabs are enrichment tabs and use credits.

Companies without a domain now enrich through LinkedIn

Before, a saved company record without a domain couldn't be enriched — the Digital and Roles tabs showed “no data” even when the company had its LinkedIn page filled in.

Now Nuvia uses the same identification order as the Search panel:

  1. Domain, when there is one

  2. Company LinkedIn page, as an alternative

  3. Only with neither of the two do the tabs show that no data is available

In practice: a company that came from an import without a website, but with LinkedIn, now has Digital and Roles working.

Partners and Network no longer charge when the company has no CNPJ

Fix. Before, opening Partners or Network on a company without a CNPJ link showed the paid unlock screen. Anyone who clicked spent credits and got “no data” — because the data never existed for that company.

Now Nuvia checks the CNPJ link first, before showing the unlock screen:

  • Company without a domain, or with a domain that doesn't lead to a CNPJ — the sub-tabs show right away that there's no data. No credit is offered or charged

  • Company with a CNPJ found — the unlock screen appears normally and the credit is only charged when you confirm

The CNPJ check is free and runs when you open the sub-tab. The result is reused between Partners and Network for about a minute — in practice, switching between the two right away doesn't repeat the lookup.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do companies sync with the CRM?

Yes, if the HubSpot or RD Station integration is set up.

Can I delete a company?

Yes. Linked contacts aren't deleted; only the link is removed. Deletion is permanent.

I opened Partners or Network and got “no data”. Was I charged?

No. The CNPJ check happens before the unlock screen and is free: when the company has no CNPJ that can be found, the sub-tab goes straight to “no data” and no credit is offered or charged. Credit is only spent when you confirm the unlock on a company that has the data.

Why don't Partners and Network work if the company has LinkedIn?

Because these two sub-tabs come from the Brazilian CNPJ database, and Nuvia finds the CNPJ from the company's domain. LinkedIn works as an alternative identity for Digital and Roles, but not for the CNPJ flow. Fill in the domain on the record to enable Partners and Network.
