Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the Global and Country scopes?

Global queries an international database (Explorium) with job title, seniority, technologies and intent signals. Country queries the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal) with CNAE, size, partners and CEP.

Why can't I search for People in the Country scope?

The Federal Revenue Service data covers companies (CNPJs). To search for people, use the Global scope.

What does “mutually exclusive” mean in Classification?

Google, NAICS and LinkedIn can't be used at the same time. Clear the active one to use another.

Can I combine results with campaigns?

Yes. Select contacts and add them to a campaign or list directly.

What is the “Digital Presence” filter in the Country scope?

A group of boolean filters for Brazilian companies: Has Email, Has Phone, Has Domain and Has LinkedIn. Useful to make sure the results include companies with contact channels available.
