Mark a contact as Do Not Contact so they stop receiving any automated message from Nuvia: AI, campaign, follow-up, HubSpot actions, bulk sends and API, on all channels. Agents can still send manually, with confirmation.
Available on: All plans.
Who can do it: Any user can mark it. Only admins remove the mark.
