Import summary when saving companies

When you save companies to a list (especially with Select all), Nuvia shows a success modal with the Import summary, showing the difference between what was found and what was actually saved.

The summary details:

  • Companies found — total returned by the search

  • No identifiable domain — companies discarded because they don't have a unique domain that allows importing them as a list entry

  • Grouped by same domain — companies with the same domain (e.g. several branches of the same company) that were collapsed into a single entry

  • Temporarily unavailable — companies that had a temporary enrichment error and were skipped so they don't block the rest

  • Saved to the list — total that actually went into the list, highlighted

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between text search and filters?

Text search looks in all fields. Filters apply exact conditions to specific fields.

Can I search by LinkedIn URL?
Why is the number of saved companies lower than the number found?

After an import, Nuvia shows a detailed summary with the reasons for the difference: companies without an identifiable domain are discarded, several branches with the same domain are grouped into a single entry, and companies that had a temporary enrichment error are skipped so they don't block the rest. The summary shows each reason separately so you understand exactly what happened.
