Columns added automatically

For People:

|---|---|
| Job title | Current job title |
| Department | Department in the company |
| Seniority | Hierarchy level |
| Country | Prospect's country |
| Region | State/region |
| City | City |
For Companies:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|

| Industry | Line of business |
| Employees | Employee count range |
| Revenue | Annual revenue range |
Save as records in the database
Besides saving to lists, you can save prospects directly as records (contacts or companies) in the Nuvia database, without linking them to a specific list.
-
Select the records you want in the results table
-
Click Save to records
-
Confirm the operation in the dialog
The contacts or companies are created in the Nuvia database and become available in any module (Lists, Campaigns, Smart Funnels, Conversations).
What happens during processing
For large volumes (above 1,000 records), the operation is processed in the background. You'll get a notification when processing is complete.
-
The system processes records in batches of 1,000
-
The list or database won't be fully updated until processing is complete
Use the list in a campaign
After saving the results to a list, you can use it as a campaign audience:
-
In the side menu, go to Campaigns
-
Create a new campaign or open an existing draft campaign
-
In the audience setup step, select the list you created as the source
-
The side panel shows how many contacts are eligible (have the required contact channel) and ineligible (missing a phone number for WhatsApp, for example)
-
Continue setting up the campaign

Common errors and solutions
| Problem | Likely cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No record selected when clicking “Add to list” | You didn't check any checkbox | Select at least one record before clicking the action button |
| Contacts appear as “ineligible” in the campaign | The contacts don't have the required contact channel (e.g., phone number for WhatsApp) | Enrich the contacts with a phone number before using them in the campaign, or use a different channel |
| The list doesn't appear in the campaign audience selection | The list is still processing or the object type isn't compatible | Wait for processing to finish. For campaigns, check that the list contains contacts (people), not companies |
| The save operation is taking a long time | A large volume of records is being processed in the background | Wait for the completion notification. For volumes above 1,000 records, processing is asynchronous |
| Duplicate records when adding to an existing list | It's not an error; duplicates are skipped automatically | The system deduplicates automatically. Check the operation summary to see how many were added vs. skipped |
