The system automatically creates the list with the correct object type (Contact or Company) based on the selected results.
Additional columns are created automatically with profile data (Job title, Department, Seniority, Country, Region, City for People; Domain, Industry, Employees, Revenue for Companies).
How to know it worked
-
A success notification shows how many records were added
-
When you go to Lists in the side menu, the new list appears with the correct record count
-
When you open the list, the records appear with the columns filled in
Add to an existing list
Use this when you want to enrich an existing list with new records from the search.
-
With the records selected, click Add to list
-
In the dialog, select Select existing
-
Search for or select the destination list in the search field
-
Click Save
-
Wait for the confirmation
The system automatically skips duplicate records, so contacts already in the list aren't added again. The summary shows how many were added and how many were skipped.
