The RD Station CRM integration syncs contacts, deals and funnels between Nuvia and your RD Station account, keeping data up to date on both sides with no manual work.

Available on: All plans.
Who can do it: Admin.

What you need before you start

  • Owner or Admin access to your Nuvia account

  • An active RD Station CRM account

  • Permission to connect apps to your RD Station account

  • A clear idea of which fields and stages you want to sync

  • Your default country code defined

Connect your RD Station CRM account

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > RD Station CRM > Add account

  2. Log in to RD Station and authorize the connection

  3. You return to Nuvia with the status Connected

Set up field mapping

Mapping defines which information is synced between Nuvia and RD Station. The integration doesn't come with ready-made mappings: you define each one.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > RD Station CRM > Configure > Fields

  2. Click Add mapping

  3. Match the Nuvia field to the RD Station property

  4. Click Sync Properties to refresh the list of properties coming from RD Station (useful when you've just created a new field in the CRM)

  5. Save the mappings

Set up stage mapping

This aligns the Nuvia funnel stages with the RD Station sales funnel stages. That way, when a deal changes stage, the other side follows.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > RD Station CRM > Configure > Funnels

  2. For each Nuvia funnel stage, select the matching RD Station funnel stage

  3. Save the mapping

Set the default country code

The default country code is applied to phone numbers without one, so they sync correctly.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > RD Station CRM > Configure > Advanced

  2. In the integration settings, select the default country code

  3. Save

Monitor the sync history

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > RD Station CRM > Configure > History

  2. Filter by events, object, direction, status and period

  3. Click any record to open the details panel

Sync statuses

StatusWhat it means
✅ Success All objects in the operation were updated
⚠️ Partial Part synced and part failed (e.g. the contact was updated, but the deal failed RD Station's validation). What went through stays saved; only what failed needs fixing
❌ Failed No objects were updated. The whole operation failed

When you open a Partial or Failed record, the panel shows the operation summary, the error message returned by RD Station (with the object and property that failed) and the technical details, which help you adjust the mapping.

What happens when you disconnect

  • Historical data stays in Nuvia

  • Sync stops

  • When you reconnect, your settings (mappings and adjustments) are kept

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I use HubSpot and RD Station CRM at the same time?

Yes. Each contact, however, is linked to a single CRM.

Do I need to set up webhooks manually?

No. Nuvia registers the webhooks automatically as soon as the connection is complete.

Does the integration work on the RD Station Free plan?

You can connect, but real-time sync from RD Station to Nuvia depends on webhooks, which are only available on the Basic, Pro and Advanced plans.

Does campaign data show up in RD Station?

No. CRM events can trigger campaigns in Nuvia, but campaign performance data doesn't go back to RD Station.

Does disconnecting delete my data?

No. Historical data stays in Nuvia and sync stops. When you reconnect, your settings are kept.
