Hi Lucas! Here is a summary of our call and the rollout timeline.
Timeline-North-Log.pdfEvery sales rep's email inbox,
with Nuvia's intelligence
Sales reps connect their own inbox and keep emailing as usual.
Every thread becomes a conversation, with owner, stage, and sequences that stop on reply.
Connect in a few clicks, no DNS changes
Reps authorize their own inbox: Gmail, Outlook, or another inbox over IMAP. The address comes from the provider, and only known contacts and threads started in Nuvia come in.
Connect the inbox
Choose personal inbox, authorize the account, and set the display name and signature.
Choose who can see
Only you, admins, or the people you choose.
Write from anywhere
From Nuvia or from your own inbox. The email leaves from your address and shows up in Sent.
Follow-ups that leave from the rep's inbox and stop on reply
Build the sequence once and each email goes out from the sales rep's inbox, at the pace you set. When the customer replies, the next steps stop and the conversation stays with the rep.
- Every email with contact variables
- A reply stops the sequence right away
- Opens, clicks, and replies per step
What happens in the sales rep inbox
- Rep sends the proposal
- Customer opens and clicks
- Replies in the same thread
- Stage moves to negotiation
The proposal and the reply stay in the same thread, with managers seeing everything.

Metrics per sales rep
Opens, clicks, and replies for each rep, from manual emails and sequences.
AI drafts (optional)
If you want, the Smart Funnel drafts the reply with the contact's history; the rep reviews and sends.
- Only known contacts and Nuvia threads come in
- Exclusion list per person and per company
- The rep chooses who can see the conversations
- Disconnecting revokes access right away
- Conversations stay even if the inbox disconnects
- Sending locked to the owner of a personal inbox
The inbox still belongs to the rep
Nuvia brings in only the customer work, and the rep decides what stays out.

Questions about the sales rep inbox
How do I connect a sales rep's email to the CRM?
In Nuvia, reps connect their own inbox in a few clicks: Gmail, Outlook, or another inbox over IMAP. From then on, every thread becomes a conversation with owner, funnel stage, and contact history.
Does the customer notice any difference?
No. The email leaves from the rep's address, with their name and signature, and shows up in the inbox's Sent folder.
Are the rep's personal emails visible?
No. Only known contacts and threads started in Nuvia come in, and each rep has an exclusion list. They also choose who can see the conversations.
Can I send an email sequence?
Yes. The sequence goes out from the rep's inbox at the pace you set in Campaigns, and stops on its own when the customer replies.
Can I undo a sent email?
Yes. The inbox holds the email for 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds before sending, and you can cancel in that window.
What happens if the rep disconnects the inbox?
Nuvia loses access right away, but the conversations stay with the company. The sequence stops until someone reconnects the inbox.
Can I send newsletters from a sales rep's inbox?
It's not ideal. Campaigns to many people go out through email marketing, on the company's verified domain, and the rep's inbox stays for 1:1 conversations, with its reputation protected.
Bring your team's inboxes into the funnel
Watch a rep connect their inbox, send the proposal, and the reply become a conversation at the right stage.
