# How to use the Lists, People, Companies and Conversations tables

Pin, move and hide columns, take bulk actions and adjust row density

The **Lists**, **People**, **Companies** and **Conversations** tables work the same way, so what you learn in one applies to the others: column menu, bulk actions, pagination and row density.

**Available on:** Lists, People, Companies and Conversations.
**Who can do it:** any user with access to these modules.

## Organize the columns

Click the menu in a column header to:

-

**Pin** the column, so it stays visible when you scroll sideways

-

**Move** the column to another position

-

**Hide** the column

When you scroll down, the header stays fixed at the top.

## Bulk actions

1.

Select the rows you want to change

2.

In the toolbar, choose the action: **add to list**, **edit**, **delete** or **export**

3.

Confirm the action

Important

bulk delete removes all selected records. Check your selection before confirming.

## Pagination and density

Use **Jump to page** to go straight to a page in large lists

-

Choose the row **density** (more compact or more spaced out); Nuvia remembers your choice

In **Companies**, the company logo shows in the cell

No, the choice is yours and is saved for your next visits.

**Does hiding a column delete the data?**

No, the column just stops showing in the table.
