Your profile photo shows everywhere your user appears in Nuvia: funnels, conversations, sidebar and user list. That way the team can quickly see who is handling each conversation.

**Available on:** My Profile.
**Who can do it:** each user, on their own account.

## How to change your photo

1.

Click your avatar and open **My Profile**

2.

Under **Basic information**, click to upload a photo

3.

Choose a PNG, JPEG or GIF file up to 5 MB

4.

Confirm: the photo applies across the whole platform

In the same card, you can also edit your name.

## Limits and rules

Maximum size 5 MB

Where it applies In every workspace you have access to

Cropping There's no crop editor; upload the photo already framed the way you want

Someone else's photo Nobody can change another user's photo

Your name's initials.

**Can an admin change my photo?**

No. Only you can change your photo.
