The Enrichment log is the audit screen for every enrichment run in the workspace, with filters, KPIs and details per contact. Use it to track usage, investigate specific results or understand why certain contacts weren't found.

**Available on:** all plans with an active credit quota. **Who can do it:** any workspace user. **Module:** Side menu > **Enrichment log**

## Open the Enrichment log

1.

In the side menu, click **Enrichment log**

2.

The screen opens with the 4 KPI cards at the top and the runs table below

You can also reach the Log from the live monitoring widget – at the end of a bulk enrichment, click **View enrichment history**.

## Read the KPIs for the period

At the top of the screen, 4 cards summarize the runs based on the active date filter (or the whole period, if no filter is applied).

CardWhat it shows

**Runs** Total number of enrichments in the selected period

**Credits consumed** Total credits spent on runs in the period

**Data found** Number of contacts whose data was found successfully

**Data not found** Number of contacts for which no data was returned

The KPIs update automatically when you change the filters.

## Apply filters

Use the bar above the table to refine your query.

FilterOptions

**Field** Work email, Phone, or all

**Status** Found, Not found, Search not performed, Partial, Error, or all

**Period** Date range (start and end date)

Filters can be combined – for example: only Phone runs with **Not found** status in the last 7 days.

Tip

changing any filter resets pagination to the first page. The KPIs also recalculate based on the active filters.

## Understand the table columns

Each row represents an individual run (one field, one contact, one attempt).

ColumnContent

**Type** The enriched field: Work email or Phone

**Contact** Contact name and initials. If deleted after the run, it shows “Contact removed”

**List** Name of the source list (when the run started from a list)

**Started by** Nuvia user who triggered the run

**Date** Full timestamp of the run

**Credits** Credits consumed in that specific run

**Status** Badge colored by result: Found, Partial, Not found, Search not performed, Error

## Audit the month's usage

1.

In the **Period** filter, select the current month (e.g. 04/01 to 04/30)

2.

Leave the other filters on “all”

3.

Check the total spent in the **Credits consumed** card

4.

Compare it with the monthly quota in **Side menu** > **Credits**

## Investigate contacts that weren't enriched

1.

In the **Status** filter, select **Not found**

2.

Set the **Period** to the range you're investigating

3.

The table shows every contact where the waterfall ran but returned no data

4.

Click the contact to see the full profile and check which source data existed at the time of the run

Tip

combine it with **Field: Phone** to understand why phone costs look high compared to results – Phone is the most expensive field (10 credits) and has the highest “Not found” rate in Brazilian databases.

## See runs made by a specific user

The **Started by** column shows who triggered each enrichment. There's no direct user filter in the filter bar – sort or scan the column to audit a specific person's activity.

### Check whether a bulk run finished

1.

Right after a bulk enrichment, click **View enrichment history** in the monitoring widget

2.

Sort by **Date** (most recent first)

3.

The batch runs are listed individually – one row per contact + field

## Limits and rules

RuleValue

Default pagination 10 records per page

Maximum supported pagination Up to 150 records per page

Log retention No set expiration date – historical logs stay available

Real-time updates Logs appear automatically as runs finish

Export Not available in this version. For an accounting statement, use **Side menu** > **Credits** > **History**

## Frequently asked questions

## Frequently asked questions

**How long are logs available?**

Logs have no automatic expiration date – you can look up old runs for auditing. Use the period filters to narrow your query.

**Can I export the logs to CSV or Excel?**

Not in this version. If you need a structured usage statement, use **Side menu > Credits > History** as your accounting reference. For specific cases, contact support.

**A contact shows as “Contact removed” in the log. Why?**

The contact was deleted after the run. The log keeps the historical charge record, even if the original contact no longer exists. This ensures usage stays traceable.

**How do I know if the run was triggered from a list or from the search screen?**

The **List** column shows the source list name when the run started from a list. If it's empty, the run probably came from another flow (such as a one-off enrichment in a cell). The **Started by** column always identifies the user.

**I see “Error” as the status of some runs. Do I lose the credit?**

No. Technical failures trigger an automatic refund – the credit goes back to your balance and shows in the Credits History as **Refunded**. The log row stays visible for auditing.

**What's the difference between “Not found” and “Search not performed”?Not found** – the waterfall ran through every eligible source and none returned the data. The credit was consumed. **Search not performed** – the search never started (the contact didn't have enough source data, or another eligibility rule applied). No credit was charged.
