Frequently asked questions **Available on:** all plans. **Who can access:** anyone who received an invitation by email. ## What you need before you start - The invitation email sent by your company's administrator - An up-to-date browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) - A stable internet connection ## Step 1 – Open the invitation email 1. Go to your inbox and find the invitation email from Nuvia 2. Click the activation link in the body of the email 3. You'll be redirected to your account setup page Tip if you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. The sender is Nuvia. ## Step 2 – Change the temporary password 1. On the My Profile page in Settings, fill in the fields in the **Change password** tab with a password of at least 6 characters 2. Confirm the password in the fields shown 3. Click **Change password** Important if you forget your password, reset it directly on the login page with the “**Forgot your password?**” button. ## Step 3 – Get to know the main interface 1. After you log in, you'll see the left sidebar with the platform's modules 2. The modules available depend on the permissions set by the administrator. The main ones are: - **Dashboards** – analytics dashboards - **Conversations** – support inbox - **Pipeline** – sales kanban - **Campaigns** – WhatsApp and other channel sends - **Lists** – contact databases - **Search** – prospecting engine - **Smart Funnels** – AI agents 3. Explore the menu to get familiar with the modules you have access to Tip you can switch between light and dark themes by clicking the theme selector in the interface. ## Step 4 – Set up your profile 1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar 2. Select **My Profile** 3. Review your personal information: name, email and contact phone 4. Adjust the notification sound settings to your preference 5. Click **Save** to confirm the changes ## Frequently asked questions ## Frequently asked questions **I didn't receive the invitation email. What should I do?** Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, ask your company's administrator to resend the invitation from the **Users** screen in the platform settings. **Can I change my login email?** No. The login email is set when you're invited and can't be changed by the user. Contact the account administrator to request the change. **I forgot my password. How do I recover it?** Reset your password directly on the login page with the “**Forgot your password?**” button. **Can I access Nuvia on my phone?** The platform is optimized for desktop browsers. You can access it on mobile devices, but the experience is more complete on desktop.
